Service Manager

Our outsourcing agreements can cover services for delimited areas in the IT environment or for overall responsibility over the entire IT environment.

The role

Enfo Managed Services is now looking for an experienced and professional Service Manager to join our Customer Experience Management team. We value customer oriented, energetic and organized persons, who enjoy working with both customers and colleagues when aiming for high customer satisfaction and long lasting relations. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the service delivery of Enfo´s services to named key customers according to agreements, both on an operational and tactical level, and is in charge of the delivery, agreement, invoicing and SLA-reporting. The Service manager also participates in implementing new solutions for existing customers and provides leads to sales.

As a Service Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Service delivery management and operational coordination
  • ITSM management and internal production coordination
  • Customer care and active presence in customer relationship
  • Governance model execution
  • Contract content maintenance
  • SLA analysis and reporting to customer
  • Customer service process quality and improvement
  • Invoicing
  • Up-selling

This role can be based from our central Stockholm or Karlskrona office.

Personal skills and requirements

The position requires strong experience from customer surface and delivering ICT outsourcing services, especially capacity, platform maintenance, end user and/or application ecosystem management services. Strong interpersonal and social skills are needed as well as a systematic approach for managing your work in varying customer situations. You have several years’ experience of similar role and can handle the details as well as understanding the big picture. It is important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and oral, as a member of a Nordic team. The ability to implement and use ITIL-processes is also highly valued. Frequent travelling to customer sites and other Enfo offices will be required.
