You will be part of our Sales and Marketing team and you will work in tight co-operation with our Customer Delivery Management and other Enfo´s units.
Your main responsibilities:
• Full accountability over appointed current customer relationships
• Customer governance on a strategic and tactical level including contract negotiations and interpretations
• Active role in customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Up-selling, cross-selling and selling new solutions
To succeed in this role you should be strong in interacting in the customer interface, and able to handle customer business development as an entity as well as take care of details. You possess negotiation and presentation skills, bid management skills and understanding of digital and outsourcing solutions. In addition, you have strong communication skills in Finnish and English (written and oral) and a relevant academic degree or corresponding knowhow after experience.
You will be working in Enfo’s Espoo office in Leppävaara. The role includes some travelling, mainly in Finland.
