Outsourcing services enable building of long-term and reliable partnership with the customer. The service offering covers services related to different areas of IT-environment with a high quality and reliable overall service package. The customer-specific service model can consist of either partial or full-scale outsourcing which is enabled by flexible cooperation agreements and comprehensive modular service structure.

Customer Relationship Management and Development Coordination
Customer relationship model is designed and build based on the scope of the customer-specific service agreement. Definitions of key roles and cooperation groups enable a clear structure for managing daily service operations along with continuous development of the customer environment. Several development projects are coordinated as a whole by project portfolio management and by specialist project managers to ensure and enable fast project delivery aligned with overall development strategy.

Application Management Services
Application management services cover duties related to application management, maintenance and development services. Services are provided for comprehensive application environment outsourcing or for application-specific services. Application management services provide specialist capabilities for customers to enable managed application environment development and coordination.
Service Desk and User Support Services
Service Desk provides a centralized service channel for customers’ personnel related to agreed IT services. Service Desk can provide contact channels for customer service by phone, email and through self-service portals. The service can also be enlarged to cover user support for other services managed by third-party companies.
