Juha Kukka is an Information Technology Engineer (University of Applied Sciences), whose versatile experience is built on consulting and planning technology solutions and selling demanding customer solutions. He has worked for Enfo since 2006. Member of Enfo management team since June 1, 2023 and member of Tietokeskus Group management team since May 1, 2025. 

Platforms, Security and Technologies

Jani Pajari is an Information Technology Engineer (Master´s degree, University of Applied Sciences) and Automation Engineer (University of Applied Sciences). He has an extensive background in managing data center services and managed services and strong connections with technology partners. At Enfo in 2006-2015 and since 2018. Member of the management team since June 1, 2023. 

Cloud Services and Technologies

Jouni has experience in both project management of IT projects, solution production and management of platform technologies. He has a master´s degree in Industrial management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Telecommunications) from University of Applied Sciences. With Enfo since 2013 and a member of the management team since June 1, 2023. 

End User Services

Tomi Rönkkö is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. He has experience in selling complex customer solutions and managing customer relationships in the IT and technology sectors. Rönkkö joined Enfo in early 2020. Member of Enfo's management team since July 1, 2023. 

HR, corporate culture

Paula Suoniemi has a master’s degree in Adult Education and over 20 years of diverse experience in HR management and leading HR. Paula started as Tietokeskus' HR Director and member of the management team in 2017. Member of Enfo's management team since 1.5.2025.

Finance and financial reporting

Siru Ormo is Enfo's Finance Director and part of the Tietokeskus Group's financial administration. She joined Enfo's in December 2024 and is a member of Enfo's Executive Management Team.
