Mikko Valorinta appointed Enfo’s CEO

The Board of Enfo Oyj has appointed Mikko Valorinta new CEO of Enfo.

Valorinta starts in his position in the beginning of March 2021. He joins Enfo from Capgemini, where he has been Managing Director for Capgemini Finland Oy since 2013. Before that, Valorinta worked as head of different units as well as managing consultant at Capgemini from 2002. He has a Master of Science (industrial engineering) and a Doctor of Science (technology) degree.

Enfo has a customer-oriented culture, excellent customer satisfaction and strong Nordic expertise in building and running business-critical IT services. Enfo’s focus on data-driven business transformation and cloud environments forms a good base for growing the business,” says Valorinta.

Enfo is today a strong Nordic player in managing data and applications in a cross-platform environment and in providing a modern workplace. Enfo has a clear direction and we are continuing with the chosen strategy, finetuning the strategic moves. Mikko Valorinta is a skilled leader, with extensive experience from the IT field. He is also a strong people leader and team player. Thus, Mikko is the right person to lead Enfo forward,” comments Kaisa Olkkonen, Chairperson of the Board.

Mikko Valorinta starts as CEO of Enfo on March 1, 2021. In November 2020, Enfo communicated that Enfo’s current CEO Seppo Kuula has decided to leave the company to pursue opportunities outside the company. Kuula will however continue in a new role at Enfo’s majority owner Osuuskunta KPY, as KPY has invited him to be a Senior Adviser to the KPY Board of Directors.
