Changes in Enfo Group’s Management Team, Korpela to strengthen development

Henna Korpela has been appointed EVP, People & Culture and member of the Group Management Team from May 24, 2021.

“Employee experience is crucial for our success. I am happy to get Henna onboard to drive people and leadership development and continue to develop our culture. We have great talent and expertise and are in a business where continuous development is crucial. Responsibility is a key theme for us, and Henna brings with her extensive experience around inclusion and diversity,” comments Mikko Valorinta, CEO.

Korpela joins Enfo from Accenture Finland, where she has been leading people experience and leadership development as well as human capital and diversity.

“I am really excited to join Enfo and together with the great Enfo team take people, culture and leadership development to the next level, building on the solid foundation and inspiring value base Enfo already has as its backbone. I believe emotional intelligence, inclusion, and diversity both strengthen and build capability, competence, people experience, and business success. Mental wellbeing in particular is a central theme in our industry and a theme which has accentuated its importance during the special times we have gone through,” says Korpela.

Henrik Norell, who has been EVP People operations at Enfo, has decided to leave the company.

“I wish Henrik all the best in his career and want to thank him for his effort at Enfo,” says Valorinta.
