Supplement to Notice to General Meeting dated March 28, 2024 .

Enfo Oy has on March 28, 2024, published a notice to annual general meeting to be held on April 18, 2024. The Company supplements Section 9 of the notice as follows:

9. Resolution on the use of the profit shown on the balance sheet and the payment of dividend

According to the audited financial statements of December 31, 2023, the company’s distributable funds are EUR 10 111 010,75, loss for the financial period is EUR -4 881 818,05 and the invested unrestricted equity fund is EUR 31.049.247,77. The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting that no dividend is paid for the financial year 2023.
